Roles
When an organization stores incident, claim, carrier, customer, or claimant information in LogisticsQMS, that organization decides why the information is collected. LogisticsQMS processes it to provide the service described in the terms.
What we do with customer data
We host it, restrict it to the organization's users and the roles they assign, send transactional email about those records, and use the providers listed in the privacy policy when a feature requires them. Drafting tools send incident text to Anthropic only when someone in the organization uses those tools.
Security and retention
Access is tied to an account and an organization membership. Uploaded files are stored privately and downloaded through the application. Closed incidents are kept for 3 years and invalid incidents for 1 year. An account holder can download personal data or anonymize an account from Settings. Quality records remain with the organization.
