Terms of Service

The service

LogisticsQMS is a quality management platform for freight operations. It includes incidents, claims, corrective actions, documents, and an audit history. These terms apply when you create an account, start a trial, or subscribe.

Accounts

You must provide a real name and work email and accept these terms and the privacy policy. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for who you invite into your organization. Do not attempt to access another organization's data.

Plans, trial, and renewal

Starter is $149 per month. Pro is $499 per month. A 14-day trial does not require a card.

Subscribing confirms that the plan renews each month at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel on the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The product does not issue an automatic refund. Quality records are not deleted when a subscription ends.

Your records

You keep ownership of the records you enter. You give LogisticsQMS permission to host, back up, and display those records so the service can operate, including sending them to the providers listed in the privacy policy when a feature requires it. Closed quality records are retained for the period described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with other customers, upload malware, or use the product to break the law. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other customers. Email support@logisticsqms.com if you think an account was suspended in error.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, and security events can interrupt it. The service is provided as it is offered today.
