1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LogisticsQMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

LogisticsQMS provides a quality management platform for freight brokerages, including incident management, CAPA tracking, document control, and compliance reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring accurate data entry, and complying with applicable quality management standards.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all quality records, documents, and data entered into the platform. LogisticsQMS acts as a data processor on your behalf.

5. Compliance Records

In accordance with ISO 9001 requirements, compliance records (incidents, CAPAs, audit trails) cannot be deleted. They may be closed or archived per the defined workflow.
